Return Process:
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@zynvo.online or call us at (833) 549-8588. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Obtain an RMA: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide you with specific instructions for returning the product to the appropriate supplier. Do not return the product to Magnus Connect directly. Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, and returns must be sent to the correct location.
Packaging and Shipping: Carefully package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Supplier Inspection: Upon receiving your return, the supplier will inspect the product to ensure it is in its original condition.
Refund Processing: Once the supplier approves the return, they will notify us. We will then process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Refunds:
30-Day Returns: Full refunds will be issued for returns within the 30-day money-back guarantee period, provided the product is received in its original condition.
